Silly Things ...

Sometimes I am scared of the silliest things.

Sometimes I assume I can't do something because I have never done it before.

Sometimes I rely on others too often.

Sometimes the bravery of a child shows me the answer.

Sometimes I realise I might be ridiculous.

We've got lights! Courtesy of an inquisitive Eight Year Old who helps his mother with a gentleness and respect of which she is grateful.

Photos taken with a Canon 50mm 1.8 fixed lens.

Beautiful! Perfect for the North American winter solstice . . (but I suppose you have the opposite - longest day of the year?).

Isn't it special when a little child leads you by the hand and helps where you feel helpless

Hurray! The calming influence of a chilled out teenager has been helping me round here this week. Always the ability to surprise, haven't they?
